2 weeks of low impact fitness classes specially designed for seniors.

"Fit, Strong & Active" will give you a taste of our group fitness favourites including Body Pump, Body Step, Dance and circuit training - all low impact and within a supportive and social atmosphere.

30 September - 10 October

Mondays at 8.30am, Wednesdays at 11.00am and Thursday at 8.30am.
